Nella prima sessione il più veloce è stato Vettel con la Ferrari davanti alla Mercedes di Hamilton. Nella seconda sessione i ruoli si sono invertiti: Mercedes leader davanti alla Ferrari. Leclerc attardato per problemi tecnici.
